Roadmap
This roadmap targets a decisive 0νββ measurement on a five‑year build‑and‑commission timeline after full funding is secured. The phases are engineered to eliminate integration risk step by step, not simply to grow detector mass.
Phase 0: Funding lock and governance
- Establish the nonprofit, legal structure, and decision authority.
- Secure the full capital threshold that enables end‑to‑end execution.
- Publish the schedule, staffing plan, and success metrics.
Phase 1: Integrated module demo
- Combine energy resolution, backgrounds, topology, and stability in one module.
- Define the full calibration and QA pipeline early.
- Demonstrate repeatability and measurable yield.
Phase 2: Multi‑module system test
- Validate services, calibration, uptime model, and data chain end‑to‑end.
- Prove that integration scales without runaway complexity.
- Stress‑test maintenance and failure recovery.
Phase 3: Pilot‑scale deployment
- Operate at realistic scale with production materials and real QA flows.
- Freeze the design for procurement and manufacturing.
- Validate background models with real operations data.
Phase 4: Full‑scale build and commissioning
- Execute procurement, logistics, installation, and commissioning.
- Publish first open‑data release once stable operations are achieved.
- Transition to lean, long‑term operations.
Open data expectations
Open data begins once the experiment is stable and calibrated, with documentation sufficient for external analysis.
Schedule discipline is a deliverable
Each phase must end with an integrated demonstration that de‑risks the next scale step. If it cannot be integrated and scheduled, it does not count.
